The business was to complete a car repair through insurance. In June 2022 the car went in for repair and two days later was returned with an IOU for missing parts while they collected FULL payment. Was told I would be contacted in a week when parts arrived. I have called every other week since June 2022, now it is March 2023. Initially they would claim parts were ordered but not here. Then they stopped answering the phone around Decembrer and now I can only leave messages or show up in person. Which I am worried they will consider **********, but it's my last option. The warranty on repairs will expire in June and it's not even complete. From what I can see in our file the grille clips have been installed. Since the customer still needs these clips I will order 4 more and contact her to let her know I've ordered them. I will make sure they get installed. These parts are $2.50 each for a total of $10.
