I need Equium to provide me a receipt of my payments (statement of account). I called the property manager, sent various emails, contacted Equium directly and have gone to their offices, and yet I have not received anything. I had told them that this was an urgent matter since March as I needed it for court, and they told me that by April *** I would receive the statement of accounts, but a week has gone by since they promised I would receive it and still nothing. As I mentioned, I needed to provide this document to court by April *** and I am unable to due to Equium not giving me the document I requested since March 2024. I urgently need this document and I don't know what else to do.Business response

We have spoken to the resident and he advised us he is removing the complaint as it was resolved.
