On August 12th, I was invoiced through IKitchen Cabinets and Counter for $9,177. The does kitchen cabinetry design and buildout. They sent some out to my house to measure and sent me the quote. I paid half upfront for amount of $5,974 for cabinets on Aug. 13th, and second half (40%) $5377 for countertops on Oct. 1st, with a remainder of 10% to be paid upone completion. The company installed the cabinetry Oct. 1st. Then they installed part of the countertops morning of Oct. 7. There were three problems. First, Vanity countertop for the bathroom was cut improperly. They mistakenly cut two holes instead of one. I told them clearly through email that I only have one sink in the bathroom. My bathroom remains empty without an countertop. Second, due to poor kitchen design and placement of island I am now unable to remove my fridge from its position because it is blocked by the island they installed. See pictures. Three, they did not complete the moldings above the fridge, and did not install the clothes rack inside the hallway unit.After talking to them trying to get a resolution there are four follow up problems. One, the company wants me to pay for another countertop slab. I told them I would not pay for their mistake. They fabricated incorrectly which they admitted to. Two, they said it would take three more weeks (Oct. 30). This is too long. I requested for them to complete it by Oct. 14th/15th. They are being vindictive now. This is not reasonable. Third, they have not provided me any solutions on how to deal with the fridge and the inability to move it from position. I have already paid 90% of the funds and do not have a completed project. They are delaying and they want me to pay more. Fourth, they have not finished installing the kitchen moldings above the fridge and did not install the clothes bar to hang clothes on in the hallway unit.Their customer service is unresponsive and project in incomplete. Please help.
