I would give less than one star if I could. My husband reached out to this company to book a hottub move for June 10, in APRIL. He offered a deposit, it was turned down. He sent photos of pick up and drop off sites. All necessary measurements at both sites. Videos of access into and out of both sites. Forwarded emails from the pickup site's owner about how the hottub was originally moved in. Has been in daily email communication with "****" since May 31. Today, the day of the move, he sends **** the address, again. **** acts as though the booking, that's been confirmed since ****** isn't official. And although our wiring is already in and electricians are also booked for today, he'll see if he "can get around to it." Then revoltingly and condescendingly tells my husband "this isn't a drug deal". "This isn't how hottub moves are done." Well perhaps, when we called in ****** to book a move in JUNE, the hottub moving company could have communicated how hottub moves are done? Perhaps in one of the several, several, several emails and other communication that was exchanged, over the span of TWO AND A HALF MONTHS, **** could have asked for the address or any other information he required? This is the most unprofessional, disorganized, and offensive customer service we have EVER encountered and I would NEVER trust this person to deal with any of my personal property. 0/10.
