On the 18 of June 2024 I took my car in to have a dash cam installed, before bringing the car in I had made it clear what kind of dash cam I was looking for which is the following :1. A dash cam that would be able to record even when the car is off and parked 2. A dash cam that I would be able to operate whilst in my unit/apartment without any issues 3. A dash cam that would send notification to my phone when there is movement too close to the vehicle. Out of the three requirements I was told it would do all of them, when they completed the installation I was not given the dash cam without anyone showing me how it works and how to connect it to my phone. The dash cam does connect to my phone however does not send any notifications or able to connect to my phone whilst in my unit. I have tried to reach out to ************************* and ***************************** regarding my concerns and all they have done is push the days on and give me the run around about giving me back my money/refund of $620.64.I have been treated unfairly and deserve to be treated better than this, I need my money back from these people and cut all ties with them in regards to servicing my car or getting any parts or service from them. I have had enough of their run around and them avoiding my complaint.Business response

Hello,
We have come to an agreement with the guest that we will remove the dashcam from his vehicle and provide him a refund of the balance as requested.His vehicle is booked in for July 29th.
