On Dec. 10, **** (business owner) of Repsonders Pest Control here in Calgary, came to my house to do a chemical and heat treatment for bed bugs. I was't certain I had them in the first place but had been in a close contact situation and I hope there's nothing now. However, **** tracked through my house with dirty boots and left a lot of chemicals damage when he did the job. The light colored carpet in the basement had been down for only 5 weeks and now has multiple dark stains as well there are a couple of stains on the mainfloor carpet and my Turkish carpet as well as embedded in my hardwood. It's evident he tried to remove some basement stains since there's yellowish/green bleed around those stains. His work alone cost me $1995. He claims his business is open 24/7 so I contacted him the next day when I returned home. I had to be gone for the day so went to a hotel with my cats. He didn't return my message till Monday. He offered "$100 rebate to make me a happy customer" to which I said wouldn't come close to fixing all the damage. The next day he offered to return and do extra cleaning on Thursday. Meanwhile, I'd heard back from a flooring specialist I know who deals with carpet restoration and insurance and was told this needed to try to be cleaned professionally because it looks serious. It's possible these stains can't be removed. Wednesday I asked **** to bring in a professional and reached out again to him Thursday as he hadn't replied. He will not respond. **** has caused a lot of damage in my house and angst to me and is now igoring me. No word from him in six days. I want him to pay to have the damage professionally remediated and back to how my floors looked before he worked here. Some pictures of stains are ******** for your reference.Business response

Greetings. I hope you have found our bed bug elimination treatment effective. I we are sorry about the mud stain on your carpet. In an attempt to remedy the situation we offered both a partial refund and also offered to return to clean the indicated area. Both suggestions were refused. Both offers remain open and we would be happy to return to clean the indicated area for you.Customer response
