Date of inspection: March **, 2024 Date of Repair: May ***, 2024 Date ACMS received first receipt: March **, 2024 Date received first receipt: May **, 2024 Date ACMS received receipt: May ***, 2024 Date received second receipt: June ****, 2024 ACMS is the management company for my condo.The water shut off valves for my unit were leaking. These are the only shutoff valves for my unit and there was no other way to turn off the water for the repair. I told them I didn't want someone to come to inspect the issue to see if a building water shutoff was needed because there was no way around a shutoff but they insisted on it. They did not inform me that they would be charging me for their inspection.ACMS mishandled the scheduling for the repair twice which resulted in me cancelling meetings what would have bolstered my business.The repair went well. The technician did a good job. 3 weeks later I got the first bill thinking it was for the repair and agreed to pay it. It was actually the bill for their inspection which cost me. $***. Their outsourced technician was only on site for a few minutes and I was charged for *** hours of his time.When I received the bill for the actual repair, I was shocked by it. $*** to change two valves under the sink. Again, the technician wasn't on site for *** hours. I'd say he was on site for *** *** and the valves only cost $** at *********** **** They charged me $*** + $** for materials and supplies.The total cost to have two valves changed was $********.ACMS has already paid the bill for the technician. They had both bills * months before I received them. They did not give me the opportunity to dispute these fraudulent charges and are expecting to be reimbursed in full. They have refused to provide an itemized receipt for the materials and and just telling me to just pay it.I want the prices adjusted to match reality, they can pay their own inspection, their technicians will not be allowed within my unit again.Business response

Please see the responses in the attached emails where the **** staff has been trying to work with this owner and explain that the board directs us who their preferred vendors are and these are third party vendors and we dont get to dictate the hourly rates.Customer response
