Hired The ************** plumbing out of ******** to come and replace our shower fixtures and our hot water tank and install a drain pan for hot water tank. They were here for * hours and wrecked everything they touched (photos included) The tank and pan were badly damaged and he tried to s**** a piece of tin to the side of my new tank to hide the damage. The pan was also badly damaged. They also damaged my wall. The shower fixture install was horrible , they left my shower with a ***** s**** in the middle of my tub surround. We were told before they started the job that if we were not happy we would not have to pay , well we were very upset at final job and were told we have to pay but he will talk to his manager to see if they could work something out. Days later they come and offer us a scratch and *************. We did not accept this as the job they left us with was horrifying and we felt unsafe. We told them that we want a new tank that does not look like it had been dragged here. They finally came back and put in a new tank and pan. The manager decided that he would just cover the ***** s**** in my tub surround with silicone. We told him that is not acceptable , we want it fixed properly. He said he would call us the next day after he did some "research". * weeks went by and we never heard back from him so I started posting pictures of their work on our local group , well he called the next day with all kinds of excuses of why he had not called. He has now informed us that he has a tub spout to cover up the ***** s**** that should have been done in the first place but he is only going to come install it if we fix the damage they did to our wall ourselves. They charged me over $**** for this.As you will see by photos I`m attaching none of this work was professional,they tried to hide the damage they caused and now because its costing them money they don`t want to fix their mistakes. They need to make this right and repair everything they damaged.Business response
