On or about March 18, 2024 I registered my son into *********************. Due to my son breaking his ankle and having residual issues with the break on or about April 12, 2024 I informed the owner of Pro-Am **** ******** that Bens doctor had suggested he take a break from basketball training until *** (my son) built up more confidence with his ankle. **** was very considerate of the situation and said his office would handle the refund. Over the course of 3 months I was finally approved for a refund of $400 plus a credit of $150. The refund was for the ************************** (partial refund since a player would have taken Bens spot), a uniform kit that was never received and partial refund for the spring and summer training. Pro-A, to date has not paid and now does not respond to any of my messages. I am only asking for a refund of funds based on what they have approved. I have emails to support my claim.
