Today i had a doctor appointment at 11:45 am and i made myself ready , when i approached towards my parking spot at 11:20 ammy car was not there. Upon checking my airtag i figured out car has been towed by the company. When i called them they confirmed it is towed and the reason it was towed is you parked the car in 304 parking spot and my parking spot is 301. I said that is not possible can you send me the picture of the parking and they said no they cannot send me anything. I just went there taking an **** for 18$ and paid the fees whatever they asked for and took an invoice from them which mentions wrong address of my apartment building which they have pit ******************************************* my address is ****************. I called them and they hung up on me thrice. I than recorded it with another phone I saw their ****** review which you can also see and you will get to know this is a bussiness based on scam. I want my money back as i am on income support and i cried the whole day. Even called police but they said i have to report you guys.Initial Complaint

On the night of February 13th, 2024 this company unlawfully seized and towed my visitor’s vehicle from the visitor parking lot. We displayed the tag in the window and sent the correct email with all vehicle information required. The following morning when it was discovered the vehicle was towed without legal authorization; we attended the lot and the workers simply said we could take the car without making any payment. There was no apology and instead was given an excuse that the employee that made the tow was on her first day working alone and did not know how to check for the email that matches the tag displayed in the window. My visitor and I were significantly late for work to deal with this situation and the employee was completely dismissing to us and avoided any level of accountability. This lack of professionalism is beyond inexcusable when you are doing detrimental damages to people’s livelihood. Not to mention it is vehicular THEFT if you do not have legal cause to take someone vehicle! This company needs to be audited and further investigation into their day to day operations!Initial Complaint

My vehicle Kia seltos Licence plate ** **** was towed away from the ***** ****** ******** **** ******* ***** ******** ******* on March 16 after 11pm It was towed because it was parked in visitor parking and needed permit after 11pm that I didn’t . I went to pick up my vehicle next morning on March 17. After paying $271 when I went to get my vehicle I noticed the back left side bumper was damaged . I clicked the pictures and went to the office they denied at the first place. I am 100% sure it was damaged in their possession. Because the picture taken before towing doesn’t show any damage. I ask them to get it fixed and they denied . I need to get it fixed .Initial Complaint

On August 25th 2022 my visitors vehicle was towed from the visitors parking stall by auto rescue.... The vehicle was towed at 1am when my visitor was sleeping... My friend is leaving a domestic abuse partnership and has no money to pay the $246 that auto rescue is asking for... *****, the rep at the counter refused to let us take the vehicle and does not want to release it until after the weekend....I've asked for a charge to be issued and for a supervisor but she refused and just laughed at us...Business response

Hello,
Your building has contracted us to remove any vehicle that has been there longer than 5 hours, as stated on the sign your friend parked infront of. The dispatcher you had dealt with advised you that charges must be paid prior to the vehicle being released. Further to this EPS had to be called to have the situation dealt with as you were screaming and recording staff. Unfortunately the only resolution you maybe able to find is going to the property management company.
