Make sure you get your quote on paper from the Edmonton branch. I was sure I heard ****** for an '09 corolla windshield, which is a bit cheaper than Windshield Surgeons quote of 207.**. This and the 1/2hr earlier appointment I figured sure let them do the work.I didn't ask about the price when I walked in because I thought I was getting the work done at or near the price quoted.Then I was billed ****** plus tax! I called Windshield Surgeons after paying just to make sure my ears were working. They still quoted ****** installed. I went back to see if the staff would change the billing and all they would say is they don't price match. This isn't what I desired them to do. I wanted them to make sure they would Honor their quote, not price match.Needless to say I won't be going back. Their work isn't in question here, the work and product seem good enough. A $100 price difference is enough to warrant me not wanting to do business with them.The excuse they gave me for not hearing the price correctly was that they speak quietly over the phone and I must have been mistaken.Utter nonsense.I may change my rating if they contact me wanting to give me a more fair offer, but I doubt they will considering how they talked to me when I went back asking them to reconsider the charge. This is the reason for the bad review. I can understand there may be a discrepancy between a quote and the bill, but this shocked me. I do wish I had an actual copy of the quote and that it wasn't a phone call.I left this review on Yelp as well with some adlib here.
