I had some renovations done by RTA Contracting / *************************. The project took longer than quoted and was way over budget. It was a complete shock. I was never consulted nor did he monitor the project regularly which caused the project to go out of control. ***** took no responsibility and blamed it on the project being bigger than he thought. I would never use this company nor ***** again. Definitely a company to avoid. Horrible!!!!

We moved to ******* from ************** fall of 2019 and had our dream home built the year after. 20 days after moving to our new home in the summer of 2020, hail struck our community and our house was one of the many who needed repairs. I have been referred to RTA contracting by a coworker so i called and ask assistance since i didn't know anyone in the city and put my trust on them. They started august or september if i remember correctly and It took them quite a bit of time but finally finished May of 2021. A few months after, i started to notice some of the side panels getting off so i took a closer look to see and assumed that some of them weren't attached firmly like it was made in a rush just to say that the work was done. A month after, sometime around December of that same year, i messaged the owner of the company and told him about the issue. He responded well, and said that someone will come check on in and fix it buy would have to wait since ******* was in cold spell. A month later nobody came so i messaged him again and he, again, replied that if its not yet done no one came by coz if someone did, he said, it would've been fixed. Although i did mention that the weather was quite nice the past few weeks. Another month came by and still no action. So, i messaged him again but this time he didn't reply nor even tried to get back on my message. Its almost four months now and nobody even said hi nor ho! If i new this would be the turn out i would've looked for another company from the start!
