I have been leasing a truck from Westana Equipment Leasing Inc. Since February 25 2019 Lease ******* In November 2021 my truck has been in a shop for repairs at Full Throttle Truck and Trailer Repair Ltd in Vegreville, AB refer to *** ********* *** ********. The truck required $14,072.50 in repairs so Westana approved the repairs and added it to the balance owing on the ******* lease of $13,680.17 and rewrote the lease #AZ800 on January 19 2022. Now Westana has not paid the $14,072.50 to Full Throttle and Truck repair as more work is required as they have been throwing parts at the truck and it is still not operational. Full throttle still has the truck in there shop and will not release it without payment. Now Westana wants to sue me for the outstanding balance of the ******* Lease which should of been paid out when I signed the new lease #AZ800 on January 19 2022 . My new payment is not due till March 25 2022 so I am not in arrears. If this happens Full Throttle will keep the truck and put it on there own fleet as the owner has a trucking company and Westana will seize my personal asset. Everybody wins except me. I have uploaded the lease contracts.

Hi,
We have talked with ****** **** and he realized that we have been waiting to hear from Full Throttle (company fixing the equipment) and had contacted them several times to help move his repair along. He seems to understand the situation a bit more as we are willing to pay it but Full Throttle hasn't let us know the amounts and people are on holidays, etc.
Dennis let us know that he was going to retract the complaint.
