I purchased an item called the **** ***** *** ** **** ******** ******* **** on July 27, 2022. It was marked down because it was a demo that they had used. I clarified and made sure I asked if there were any issues with it. I was told that it was perfectly fine and that it was only used as a demo. When I returned home to use it, the power cord and ac adaptor were not in the box. Instead there was a ******* ***** headphone cord that looked extremely used and dirty. I called the same day and was told to come back and get the power cord and ac adaptor, which I did. After using the unit, the LED lights do not stay on and the item leaks water. It leaked so bad that it ruined the night table that I had it sitting on I came to either return or exchange today, July 31, 2022 and was told by the manager that there was nothing he could do. That it was marked down and therefore was a final sale. It does not say this anywhere on the receipt. In fact it says it is subject to their return policy U which states they exchange within 30 days if there is a manufacturer defect. I was also never told that it would be final sale. The manager insisted that it was and he didn't know why his staff didn't mention it was final dale. They obviously were trying to get rid of it because it was a defected model as they had other demos working on the sales floor. I want a refund at this point especially after making two trips up here now and it ruining my night table. This is very ******.
