General Security Systems Ltd. Response

The user name and passcode that this customer is referring to relates to their video surveillance system in their store, which General Security Systems did not supply, install, or ever provide service to. General Security Systems has nothing to do with the customers video surveillance system.
I have assisted the customer in trying to determine the passcode, attending at the store twice, at no charge, as a courtesy.
