**** and ******* did excellent work. They were able to come right away, they took away the old hot water tank, installed the new one and gave some great advice on some other things! I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!Review from Michael S

I had a watermain break and **** and his crew came over to do the repairs. In three hours, he had the trench dug, watermain replaced, and installed a new shut off valve. After inspection by the District, he refilled the trench and replaced all the landscaping. I am very impressed by the speed and efficiency of his team. Another contractor had said he may have to jackhammer the concrete walkway and also open the side of the house to replace the new pipe, but **** managed to do it without taking these steps. We think they are amazing and certainly live up to their name! **** came to look at replacing the burst waterline to the ********** were impressed with his practical suggestions on how he would do the work with the least damage to the concrete pathway and walls of the room where the connection is. Another plumber that was sent by our insurance company earlier wanted to break the walkways, ******************* walls and said it would take a week to complete. After getting the permit, he showed up the very next day (Saturday) with his crew & completed the job in a day! We would highly recommend this company - very professional, good ************* without compromising the quality!Review from Rina S

This company is fantastic! I was leaving to go on vacation the very next morning and discovered a leak on my outside hose bib late in the afternoon. I called Speedy Plumbing & Rooter. They came and repaired the leak within 1 hour. Great job and customer service. I highly recommend this company!Review from Greg B

I could go into a long spiel, but we were overcharged. Not given a quote over the phone, but when the already had the equipment coming into the back yard. We were in a total panic and they took advantage of us. $600 for a 30 minute camera inspection which was not thorough (they did not want to go into the crawl space which would have given them a better look from a different angle). Then they suggested that the auger could possibly remove the blockage....****** **** ** * ****. That was $600 also for just over 20 minutes of work....total $1260 for about an hour work. We were glad they came but felt overwhelmed and they knew it. I signed the bill and paid but was not happy. A day later another company came and did the camera for $200 plus tax and had a more modern camera with a beacon that could show exactly where the blockage was and not a guess. They also gave us a very rough quote of $21,000-$35,000 of work with a large tractor that would have destroyed our front hedges, etc. Of course it was the highest quote by far. I sent a message right away saying that we were overcharge and then has basically shouted at for 20 minutes over the phone...I have a witness... If you do get this company to come, make sure you ask ahead of time for a rate for their services. Matt did give us a $200 refund, so I can give him credit for that, but only after two bouts of shouting and a lot of stress.

****** was given a free estimate 1 wks prior to the work. He agrees to go ahead Speedy used a ridgid camera to look at the storm drain. ( finds lots of roots) explain to ****** we can try to snake but no guarantee due to age and the roots. ****** agrees to go ahead. He was also onsite the whole time watching the camera and snake. ****** was told the cost of the snake before it went down the drain also He was then advised to dig up the section that was full of roots. He was not given a price at that time as he wanted to decide what he was going to do. The issue only happened under heavy rain. So he was going to get back to us. ****** signed the work order and paid by credit card once Speedy left he was happyReview from Tiffany F

Matt and his crew were pretty awesome when we had a ruptured water line and needed our front yard dug up for replacement. The city shut our water off and within an hour and a half Matt was on site. He reconfigured his schedule to make our job a priority and within 24 hours of the initial call, the entire water line was replaced and our water was restored. Polite, expedient and efficient! Highly recommend
