I purchased a Beauty Package from EM Beauty Spa for 5 Facial Treatments in January if this year. I received an email from the spa on May 8/24 indicating they were closing their beauty spa on May 15/24 and would be reopening in **************** as EM Beauty Academy. The email indicated for those customers with remaining unused treatments they would be providing a Refund request form to reimburse those funds.I sent the refund request form they provided- requesting they Mail refund cheque to my home address- which was one of 2 options listed in refund form. In the declaration outlined at the bottom of the form it indicated the refund will be processed to my chosen method within 30 business days, after the form is received. I sent the completed refund form to them via email on May 31/24.I have contacted them at the business #: ************ - 4 times now with no response.Their new address is not listed or with BBB- **********I am hoping you may be able to assist in securing a refund from this business.Thank you. *****Business response

I wanted to inform you that we have successfully processed the refund for *********************** in accordance with her request. **************** signed the refund agreement on June 3, 2024, opting to receive the refund via cheque.
The cheque was issued and mailed to the address provided by **************** on July 2, 2024. During a phone conversation earlier, we assured **************** that her cheque was prepared and would be dispatched promptly.
