I had paid for Pronto Enterprise to turn on my underground sprinkler system. I pre-paid in March for spring turn on and fall blow out. I paid on March 21, 2022 and have a receipt for this. I received another email on April 28th informing me that the technician would be at my home on May 3, 2022. No time was given. I was at home the entire day and nobody showed up. I called at 1121 on May 4th and asked if the technician was coming that day. The receptionist looked up my account and states that the technician was there at 0800 on the 3rd. I told her that he did not arrive. There was nothing turned on and that all my flower beds and garden were completely dry so he did not turn on the system. She informed me that she would contact the technician and get back to me. She did not offer me a timeline when I asked. On May 5th at 1138 I called again. The same receptionist answered. She states that the technician was at my place on the 3rd and actually talked to me! She also said that he was there on the 4th as well. My system has not been turned on. I told the receptionist that the worker was lying about being at my home and she told me not to talk bad about her employee. I said that he was never at my house and maybe went somewhere else. I asked that a different worker come to turn the system on and she said he was the only one they had! I told her that I expect a refund, I do not want that man coming to my house and that I would be contacting the BBB and I hung up.
