While away seeing my daughter(Nov 12 -29) my car died(would not start) I had left it with my other daughter in Kelowna. issues with the car. On occasion starting my car it would die after driving 10 or so ft, upon restarting the car the issue stopped. It did worsen with the random starting once in Kelowna. My daughter went to start my car and found that it was dead. She found the shop called CarCraft on line and once speaking with Haden had my car towed there via ******* ******. The diagnosed it to be my PCM (Power Control Module). When I returned they were still having issues getting my car to accept the code for the PCM or so I was told. I missed 2 more days of work due to the ongoing issue. I picked the car up on Dec 1 paid 2,400.00 drove 10ft and my car died(same issue) I immediately returned to the shop the first thing that Haden asked me was the check engine light on. I stated that I had shut the car off to attempt to restart in front of him. He then stated that is was going to glitch until it worked out the bugs and relearn how I drive it. Haden asked me to call him if any issues, which I did and left a message that evening as my car was so bad i could not even drive 10ft. The check engine light came on which it had never done in the past. Haden did not return my call so I called him and he stated they had done all they could and referred me to Kelowna **** ******* - he stated he would work with me on my bill once **** had done their diagnostics. The car was running so bad that I had to get it towed to ****. Everything that Carcraft stated they had fixed **** found wrong. My car sat for 2 days before they could get to it and they had to jump start it to get it into the shop. I approached Haden 2xs via phone call but everytime he refused to reinburse me constantly changing his story as to what was wrong with my car.Customer response

I do not believe there was a warranty it was not stated nor applied after bill was paid and the same issues were present. No offer to attempt to fix my car once bill was paid was offered.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have offered a full refund, I am waiting to receive the full balance in cheque form. Once I have received the cheque I have been asked to give a positive comment in reviews for their business.
