Our party of 4 wanted to book a Grand Circle Tour on the Rocky Mountaineer Railroad. We were recommended to contact *** Ockelton of Rocky Mountain Holidays from a previous traveler. Without a doubt this was the best expert travel agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Our party of 4 included a special needs ****** and *** took care of every detail for our trip to ensure everything was in order. This trip was beyond expectations and it was all due to ***** experience, and willingness to go the extra mile. When we travel again *** will be the first ****** we contact. Besides being a true professional in every sense of the word, he is also a very nice ****** to visit with. Well done ***....you earned 5 stars for sure!!

We want to thank you for going above and beyond to make our 40th anniversary trip so special. We enjoyed every minute and will relive the memories for years to come. The tours you booked were perfect. We couldn't have imagined covering so much territory without a driver and tour guide. The hotels were awesome, particularly the **************** in ******** where we enjoyed elegant Gold Level accommodations; the **************** in ********************* with beautiful lake and mountain views from our window; and the Canoe in ***** with gorgeous mountain scenery and sunsets. The champagne and dessert at each of those locations was an unexpected treat and very much appreciated. Your suggestion for booking a room at the ************** in ******* was spot on. It's such a lovely old hotel and our suite was beautiful.The trip aboard the Rocky Mountaineer was an unforgettable experience. We viewed spectacular scenery and enjoyed meeting couples from different parts of the world. The food and continuous cocktails were pretty great too! We're so happy that we chose the Goldleaf level; it was such a luxurious way to travel. In addition to the tours, we particularly enjoyed the ******************************* in ********* and The Plain of Six Glaciers Trail at *********************. Both were fairly challenging for us "non-hikers," but so worth the effort. The views were exceptional and the weather was perfect. ************ and The **************** were also favorite visits. ***, we can't tell you how grateful we are for your attention to detail in planning our dream trip. You were always so quick to respond to our questions and you came up with the perfect itinerary. We're so happy that you shared your vast knowledge of the ***************** and Canadian Rockies with us. At least once a day we said, "We have to thank *** for this"!

A trip of our life! Four of us went on the Rocky Mountaineer **************** from ********* to ********, ***** and *******. **************** and Rocky Mountain Holidays planned the perfect itinerary to meet all our needs and to see all the places we wanted to see. He planned and organized every detail for us. All we had to do was show up and our journey through the Canadian Rocky's began. We saw Whistler, mountain lakes and falls, went on a cowboy cookout and the **************** grounds. *** kept us up to date on the Canadian rail strike. He covered every detail of our 8 day trip and we loved our vacation. Thank you *** for your expertise and hard work coordinating out trip. We highly recommend *** for your travel needs!!

We are on day 10 of a 12-day westbound trip from ******* to *********. At every step of the way *** has been knowledgeable and super helpful. We have enjoyed every aspect of the itinerary thus far. We are going on the Rocky Mountaineer train starting in the morning and expecting more great things. After arriving in Vancouver in late August 2023 our excursion on the Rocky Mountaineer to Banff was one that was impacted due to the wild fires. Our Rocky Mountain Holidays representative, *** ********, contacted us immediately despite the late hour and his own community being impacted by the fires. *** generously spent his time problem solving with us and ultimately provided everything we needed to be reimbursed for our loss. The customer focus was unparalleled! Definitely consider Rocky Mountain Holidays when booking your Rocky Mountaineer excursion!

He planned an eight day vacation for us that included the Rocky Mountaineer and day tours in ******, ********************* and *****, ending up in *******. I called him based on a referral from a friend in Great Britain, and he took care of every detail, promptly answered every question and the easy to follow itinerary he provided left us with nothing to do but enjoy a well-planned trip.

We had the great pleasure of working with *** and having his help with booking and fine tuning our holiday. His guidance, assistance, and fine work in compiling and organizing our Rocky Mountaineer trip was invaluable. Perhaps most valuable was his ability to adjust accommodations to help us stay within budget. For example, our preference was for ************ aboard the train but some savings on lodging, which he was able to arrange without any sense of compromise. (We still were at **************************************** but didn't need lake view rooms; he chose a downtown ***** hotel--instead of the Fairmont--in a perfectly wonderful location closer to shops, restaurants, etc.) All in all, thanks to ***, we had a fantastic experience!

*********** are the best of the best!!!!We booked a Rocky Mountaineer trip for our 40th anniversary and honestly it was more than we even dreamed it would be!! ***, who has 18 years with this company, helped us from beginning to end by figuring out which trip was best for us, upgrading our hotels which were phenomenal, and helped us every step of the way getting back to us quickly if we had a question and was so very, very kind and friendly during the entire process. We signed up for the ******************** felt very pampered, had exceptional meals, plenty of drinks and snacks and gorgeous views through the huge windows!! We loved the incredible, unparalleled scenery throughout the ******** Rockies and would highly recommend this trip to anyone and everyone!!! Put it on your bucket list!!
