"We are incredibly impressed with MC Construction and its owner Ryan Christie and their commitment to their customers satisfaction. After discovering that a tile job done by one of their contractors was far from satisfactory, Ryan took action to remedy the situation. Despite his busy schedule, he personally undertook the repair work and covered all labour cost over his original quote. His dedication to fixing the problem and ensuring that the job was done to the highest standard speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to stand behind his company’s work. The design and quality of the finished work is outstanding, and the entire process was handled with the utmost care. Since moving to the area, we have had some less than satisfactory experiences with work carried out in our home and it was refreshing to find such a dedicated and responsible individual. We highly recommend Ryan and MC Construction for any construction needs. They truly stand behind their work and care deeply about their clients’ satisfaction.

Hello Sue, Shawn, Thank you for your very nice review. I once again apologize for our new terrible and completely unacceptable tile subcontractor ******* ******** ** ****** ******* ***********. He was immediately terminated, and we are taking legal action against him as well. Although I personally invested 50 hours at no charge, plus materials, to tear out his ******* work to make it beautiful and perfect, it allowed me to sleep at night again in peace. Adding that new custom water feature that was not part of the original quote really took the job over the top! Thank you both for your patience. Ryan is amazing! We were so lucky to have Ryan work on two small projects for our home. The result of both projects exceeded our expectations! He is hardworking, a perfectionist and when he has finished the project it was like you never had a construction site in your home! One of our projects even involved drywall - not a speck of drywall dust to be found when he left. So, thank you Ryan! You are truly amazing and go above and beyond!”Review from Dale and Diana R

Ryan was excellent! He is a perfectionist and exceeded our expectations. We asked Ryan to divide a very large room and make it look like the wall was always there - not as an after thought. The attention to detail was amazing. Drywall dust is a pet peeve of my husband. Ryan created an enclosure with a zipper that contained the work area. When he finished the job - not a speck of drywall dust could be found. The room was immaculate. We highly recommend Ryan. You will not be disappointed.MC Construction Response

I absolutely despise Drywall dust too and go to great lengths to contain it when working in a client's home or any works in a client's home. We had Ryan at MC Construction help us with our deck and find out how water was getting into our garage. We were amazed at the professionalism, communication, and work ethic on Ryan’s part! He worked harder than anyone we had ever come across in our many years of hiring construction help and was so thorough in finding and addressing the problem – we couldn’t be happier with the finished product! He was so thorough and determined to find the leak, and even though it ended up being a far more complicated job than initially anticipated, Ryan handled it with great professionalism and communicated with us the entire way with pictures, and asked us throughout the process how we wanted to handle things that came up. We appreciated so much that we weren’t surprised by any additional costs; anything that might be required that wasn’t expected, was communicated clearly with several options to choose from on how we wanted to handle it. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Ryan and MC Construction again or to recommend them to anyone – an absolutely excellent job from start to finish!Review from Karrie D

We are so pleased with the flooring that Ryan and Eden installed for us. It was a challenging project because of the shape of our complicated rooms but the result was flawless. Real attention to detail, considerate working practices and good value for money. Highly recommended.Review from Robert D

MC Construction has completed two projects for us. The first was exterior painting of our house including full preparation work and cedar siding restoration. At the same time they replaced our double French front doors and rear door painted in a custom colour which was applied in an automotive type spray booth. Additionally they repaired water penetration issues. Soffit and fascia boards and damaged joist ends were replaced; and flashing was applied to correct water penetration issues. The second was the supply and replacement of two very large bay windows and a bathroom window. We're very pleased with the work performed. Ryan's attention to detail is amazing. In both cases MC provided quotes for the basic jobs. The work required to correct the water penetration issues was done on a time and material basis as costs couldn't be determined until material was removed to assess the damage. We were kept fully informed about the cost to effect the repairs at all times. We are very pleased with the professional way this work was performed and would not hesitate to employ this company for any other work we may require. We highly recommend them to others.
