    Horrible experience. Trusted them to resize a sentimental heirloom which was misplaced upon my pickup. I had to wait an hour while they searched for it. They asked me for a description because they couldnt locate it and offered me no apology. I had to go back once they had finally found it with still no apology or thank you for my patience or understanding. They said that I had received my merchandise so I could stop complaining! It was not merchandise as it was my ring that was being repaired by them. A terrible experience and I would recommend that you stay away from this business.

    It is certainly true that when the customer came in to pick up her item, that we could not immediately find it, and we regret the upset this caused. She did not wait in the store for one hour. However, some of her comments require clarification. As to "trusting us to size her heirloom", she said she didn't trust us when she left it to be done. As to not being offered an apology, we apologized several times for her inconvenience. As to not receiving a thank you for her patience and understanding, she displayed neither, rather threatened lawsuits, was frighteningly angry and rude, and dropped an "f-bomb" when leaving, slamming the exit door into our concrete store-front.As to having her jewellery described as "merchandise", we probably said "item", but in any case the word is used in a general sense. As to being told to stop complaining, we actually asked her to not continue her abuse, having ring in hand properly sized still continuing to threaten - " you would have had a big lawsuit on your hands" or words to that effect, then also asking for a discount for her stress!It is actually stressful for businesses to deal with people who behave this way - the store has been operating since 1955, and no article has been lost, but we are human, and mistakes do happen. We did apologize, and got her item back to her.
