Hello Sir or Madam, I’m writing to you after months and months of trying to contact this business and it’s owners. Everytime I call they hang up disconnect my calls. This was during COVID and there were rules and regulations and restrictions as per public health orders. It was my moms 65th birthday and we wanted to have a birthday party at Lovely Banquet Hall **** ***** ****** ****** ** in Apr month of this year. I was advised by Ms. Satwant D****** owner and her husband Mr. Charan D****** that I would be able to get a refund or a credit or choose a new date in future if we wish to do a party. As the PHO rules were 25 people indoors no dancing must wear masks. This was impossible didn’t work for us as we had 150 guests. **** ******** *** *** ****** *** ********** ****** ********* *** *************** *** ***** ******* ****** **** ***** ******* **** ******* ** *** ***** ***** ** ******* I am more than willing cooperate and can comprise I even asked no worries if you don’t want to refund you are that greedy I can request a credit I can order food take out from your menu in the amount of $500. I even suggested and recommended offered if they can donate to our gurdwara temple since this time of year we as a community help and make it a special Christmas for the unfortunate so many donations, charities, food drives, food banks. I asked can you please provide meals for the less fortunate and needy? They refused ** **** ***** *******. Everytime I call either the owners are not there or they have gone to India. They have my $500 deposit which was promised to me to be refunded back if I decide not to have my party to follow the current PHO health orders as it was inconvenient unreasonable and just a hassle. They took $500 from me in cash. I have called numerous times but no luck to get a hold of these owners. They have horrible reviews complaints it’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I’m pleading begging you for help resolution and fair settlement I’m willing to accept refund, exchange or credit. I have tried all other means no luck. They are close to impossible. 2 Indian girl employees did say to me they don’t understand why they aren’t giving me atleast meals dishes in the $500 if they don’t want to give refunds. These 2 female staff workers also advised and told me the owners do that to everyone take customers deposits money then refuse and decline to return money or provide any meals *** ** **** **** **** **** ** **** ********* *** *** *** **** ** ** ******* ****** **** ********** *** *** *** ***** **********
