Date of transaction: 26th August 2022, I used their courier service to ship a package to Kanpur India, They charged me $270.00 shipping fee and later a custom fee of $ 75. When I shipped the package it weighed around 18lbs but when it was delivered it only weighed around 9-10 lbs. More than half of the items went missing. All the expensive bags, shoes, glasses, clothes everything was missing. Then I contacted the courier company and they asked me send the pictures/videos of the package and the items that were delivered. I sent an email and also wats app them all the pics and video. Hower thet have not been co operative with me. They only have one answer that we are trying to find a solution. Every time they ask me to speak to a new person who never responds. I am just fed up of following up on this. It was a gift for our family friend and I have spent my hard owned money on it. But this company is avoiding me *** ****** ** **** *** **** **** *** ***** This company is located in Surrey by the name Skymart , they also have several locations. I have lost all my expensive gifts and also paid for shipping and cutoms which is not worth it now. What shall I do now because I cant deal with them anymore? The email that I sent them with the details, they have not responded to that till now.
