Our salesperson, Joel was very nice and extremely personable. He came and gave us a quote (20 minutes) and explained clearly our options, the steps taken and the exact price to pay (no surprises). Then I truly appreciate the fact that he was not insisting in us buying right there and now. The team (2) that came were totally customer oriented and there to help us if we had requests or questions. I had a couple of requests and they made sure I was pleased with their work. I contacted this company last year when I pondered installing a catio (enclosed space for my cats). We had an aluminum awning that I didn't like the look of when we moved into the house, and when it started leaking, because it was installed wrong and no one would touch it to fix it. I remembered this company and called to ask if they would replace the leaking awning. It is now a beautiful flat awning with 3 skylight/windows to allow light. They also came 3x to take measurements to ensure that the designs where done correctly. They installed it to the correct height (compared to what we had) and installed extra features such as a second down spout, and a small beam to reinforce a specific area of the awning. We are very pleased as all work men were courteous and efficient. They did not recommend replacing things that did not need to be replaced and did the job that we asked and more. Would recommend them to others.
