I contacted this company on October 15, 2021 to do an inspection of a fireplace and chimney of a house we had put an offer on. On October 18, Rob B******** completed the inspection. On October 18 the company provided me a quote for the scope of work via email. On October 29 I sent $1300 via etransfer to Rob as he had informed me he was going to go purchase the required supplies for the job. A receipt was issued to me for the $1300 on November 9, 2021. Respecting that the job was weather dependent I waited until January 20, 2022, since we got possession of the house on January 13, to reconnect with the company. I did hear back from Rob via text message (************) on January 20, informing me he would be able to start the job within 1 week. Since then I have made numerous phone calls to the company and Rob, leaving voice messages and text messages. I have had zero contact from this company. They took $1300, did zero work and do not return my phone calls.Customer response
