Oct 20, 2022: A Flight ticket was purchased through ******* ****** for $622.68 along with AIG Insurance ( Global Cancellation Plan ) for $37.36 Nov 3, 2022: I cancelled the flight and a claim was open with AIG for full refund of $622.28 for the cancelled flight. ***** ****** ** ******* ***** ****** ********** Up until today I have not received a refund for my flight.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory however thanks to reaching out to BBB the business stopped ignoring my communications and replied.
