ATTENTION: I DON'T KNOW IF I WAS SUCCESSFUL IN UPLOADING SUPPORTING DOCS - PLEASE PROVIDE EMAIL ADDRESS TO SUBMIT THEM SEPARATELY The pharmacist *********************** has imposed an unnecessarily expensive treatment on me, when much cheaper options were available. She did so by promoting the expensive option and disparaging the cheaper options as ineffective, which it turns out, is not true. In her effort, she was aided by her assistant, a person named *****.Desperate and in a state of vulnerability, I took the treatment and paid for it. When later I discovered that the cheaper options were just as effective, and that she failed to provide me with all the options at my disposal, did I confront them and asked for a refund, going through the hierarchy.1) ******* and her assistant didn't budge, affirming that the expensive option works better. That is not true, and it was for me to decide which treatment to take, as my financial situation is a determinant of healthcare.2) I brought this forward to the store manager, associate *************************. He rebuked me and compared healthcare service with me not being satisfied with the price of a restaurant meal.3) I brought this all to Shoppers Drug Mart's customer service. They took a few weeks to get back to me with vague acknowledgements and apologies, and a refusal to refund me, without an explanation.I am now turning to you to see if there's anything you can do about it.This is all happening since the month of May.For a ****** picture, I attached all correspondence, prescriptions and receipts to this complaint.
