On Wednesday, May 8th, I ordered a pair of size 7.5 womens sneakers for my wife for Mothers Day from Strike Mvmnt (order number *****). The sneakers were received on Saturday, May 11th and gifted to my wife on Mothers Day, Sunday, May 12th. After wearing the sneakers once, my wife realized she needed a bigger size. On Thursday, May 16th, after returning home from a three day business trip, I contacted Strike Mvmnt, requesting an exchange for a size 8. Per the merchants request, I provided pictures of the sneakers. I was informed on May 21 that the company would not honor the exchange due to clear signs of wear of tear and pointed to their policy. These sneakers were worn once, and the timeline between gifting and notifying the merchant was five days - an extremely short timeframe to develop clear signs of wear and tear. I attempted two more times - on May 21 (with a follow up on May 23) and May 23 (with a follow up, including a request for escalation on May 28) and was informed that the company will not make an exception to their policy. I strongly dispute the charge that these sneakers have wear and tearthat is a subjective determination - and given the extremely short timeframe between gifting and notifying the vendor, wear and tear is almost impossible - especially when they were worn once. I originally requested a simple exchange of a size 7.5 for a size 8 - but I now want my money back. I paid $150 for the sneakers plus $15 for expedited shipping.Initial Complaint

I started a return Dec 31/22 for a pair of shoes I purchased that did not fit (order *******). The business (Strike MVMNT) emailed me with the return address to mail the shoes to. I shipped the shoes to this exact address via ****** **** (shipping cost paid by myself). Did not get any response from the business. My tracking info showed the shoes were available for pickup by the receiver- I emailed this to the business to ask why I had not received my refund yet. The business stated ****** **** must have delivered to the wrong address, and I would need to contact ****** ****. I opened a service ticket with ****** **** and informed the business of this via email. Feb 28/23 informed by ****** **** that the business has not responded to their attempts to contact them regarding the service ticket and missing package. The business has stopped replying to all emails, and does not have a phone number listed to contact. Upon searching reviews of this business, I have found multiple reviews with people stating that after shipping back their returns, the business stopped all contact and they never received their refund.Initial Complaint

Ordered a pair of sneakers on Jan 10. 2023 for $150.00. Shoes did not fit correctly, (too Small). Attempted to return merchandise to Strike Mvmnt for a refund. Merchant stoned walled process for almost 2 months. Merchant literally played dumb through entire process. Literally the worst customer service ever experienced!!! I believe the Strike Mvmnt is stealing from their customers!!Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, shortly after receiving them they began to show signs of a manufacturing defect. i contacted the company and they gave me two options. 1)I could ship the shoes back at my cost to have them evaluated to determine the cause of the failure deciding if a replacement or refund was in order. 2) they would give me a "goodwill discount" in the amount of 30% off a new pair of the same style. I chose to send them back to get what I paid for. I sent them the tracking information as they requested once the shoes were shipped. they asked to allow for 15 business days from the time they received them for resolution. its been over a month since the shoes were delivered and I have yet to receive a response. I've reached out through email and messaging on the website with no response or update. I called multiple times with no answer. I just want resolution.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of shoes from Strike Mvmnt and returned the shoes within their return policy timeframe. It's been about a month since I've sent the shoes back to them (unworn) and haven't received a refund and they won't even respond to me. I looked up recent reviews on Trust Pilot and it appears others are having the same issue. They are stealing people's money.
