Attempted to make two appointments for Viking Appliances (stove & refrigerator). We had to call them when the technician didn't show. They said they would send a tech who would be able to diagnose the issues for both appliances. ***** ***** **** ** ************** **** ** * ******* **** *** ****** ********* *** ** **** ** ****

******** ******** The technician tried to fix our dishwasher as it would not shut off after its cycle was done. Our Maytag dishwasher is less than 1 year old. The tech told us on our first call that he would order a sensor for the unit. It was never ordered and Advanced Appliances closed the file. We bought a new fridge at the same time, and we had an issue with the fridge door light not coming on. The second call was to replace the light switch in the fridge door. Upon arriving we asked the tech why he never ordered the sensor for the dishwasher which he thought was the problem in the first call he did. ** **** ** *** ***** ****** ** ***** **** ** *** ***** ** ***** *** Advanced closed the file on the dishwasher and nothing has been done to try to fix it. I told the 2 Advanced technicians to leave. Not happy. Will never call Advance Appliance Ltd again.

0 STARS!! oooh I wish I'd done my research! Don't get taken in by their fancy website and what looks like "stock photos" of happy reviewers. I now see that NOWHERE on their website can you leave a review, no wonders why. I am so angry with myself for being taken in by these people. I called to have my oven repaired on a Monday, they couldn't get out until the Friday and the $99.00 call out fee would be deducted from the repair total. The "tech" that diagnosed the issue was nice enough, no red flags. He said the sensor was reading fine but the computer/overlay board needed to be replaced and he didn't carry it with him (because it's sensitive) ....Okay, He said he'd also replace the sensor for free. As he couldn't fix it right then anyway I said I'd consider it or maybe just get a new stove and I'd let him know. I called a few hours later and said I would in fact like it repaired. The fellow answering the phone said he'd have the "tech" call me back that day (Friday) NO call back. So I called Monday morning and the mailbox was full but he did see on his call display that I had called and called me back. When I again explained he said he'd have the "tech" call me back that day. NO call back again. ** ***** ***** ****** **** **** ** **** **** ** * ***** *********** **** * ****** *** ***** **** ****** *** **** ** ** * ******** ***** * ********* ****** ** **** **** **** **** ********* ** *** ****** I paid this by E transfer and he said he couldn't leave my house until he verified that the payment went through? who does that?....Advanced Home repairs on Invoice. ****** ***** *** ***** **** ***** **** ** **** ***** **********

The service tech**** * *** **** **** ******** came out to look at our Maytag fridge not cooling.He looked at it for 10 minutes and said the evaporator fan needed replacement .I purchased a new fan and installed it and had the same problem.Checked out the old fan out of the fridge and it worked fine. I called to have him come out again and showed him how well the old fan worked and he told me he had no idea what was wrong with my fridge and left. These guys have not a clue what they are doing.If you are going to charge the rate then you should have some kind of qualification behind you.
