Order date July 9th, 2022 Paid a total of $1,720.00CAD Company was to provide a lash bed Issues with Company include; promised to have product ready and shipped out within 4 weeks, lack of communication, no one answered or got ahold of me for 3 months, multiple people in my family called and texted the company with no reply. After 3 months of no answer by text, phone and email I finally got an answer that from the owner that they lost my shipment. Owner has since responded once every 2 or 3 weeks. After telling the owner that I would escalate matters further if no response was given she promised me tracking information and pictures of my finished product by the end of the day of November 15th. That has not happened. I have asked the owner multiple times for my money back and she has denied and ignored my request. I am very disappointed with the customer service.
