I’ve had great service here with both employees. They do get busy and sometimes you have to wait but when they are helping you, they take the time to explain the details to you.Review from Joe G

Yes, right at the top of the page in big red lettering, the screen reads "Notice: Prices are indication only." The bullion screen prices are auto generated every 60 seconds. The spot price is pulled from a site called ********, our site then calculates the premium and the exchange and comes up with the CAD and USD prices that appear on our bullion page. If ********, or our own site is not calculating the prices properly, we will add on the appropriate premium when you arrive in the store front. There are also sometimes delays for updated premiums to be posted on this page as the gentleman that updates those prices for us works from home. If ever in doubt, you can call us ahead of time and we can let you know if the website is accurate at the time or not before you arrive at the store. We apologize for the inconvenience, this is why "Prices are an indication only." is posted in big red letters at the top of the page.
