My wife and I purchased an older home outside of the city that was in dire need of a basement upgrade—not only because it was a throwback to a bygone age (complete with fake wood wall panels, spotty fluorescent lighting, old single-pane windows, and a bar that had long outlived its style/usefulness), but because we also wanted a second bathroom and a space to entertain our guests. After several false starts, we were losing hope that we could actually get our renovations done at all, as both the amount of planning and potential labour costs involved were making them look prohibitive. Thankfully, it was at that point we received a referral from one of my co-workers who had recently hired PHS to redesign/rebuild their kitchen in a similarly older home. Indeed, a lot of the issues surrounding their home’s age/brush with the stylings of the 1970s were similar to ours, which is why we thought we’d give PHS a try. Suffice to say—and based on our overall experience and results—we couldn’t have made a better decision. In a nutshell, PHS was a one-stop shop, where we were able to find everything that we needed to make our renovations possible. They helped us out with the initial design process (using 3D walkthroughs), and showed us a number of possible layouts for the basement. Once that was done, they came out to the house on several occasions before work had started to confirm where things were to be built, and to ensure we were fully satisfied with the way everything was moving forward. Once construction began, they stayed in constant touch, quickly addressing any questions or concerns that we may’ve had. Bottom line, they were on target (and on budget!) at every step along the way, which made our lives a lot less stressful, and the results appreciated that much more. A special shoutout to Chase, Mark, Brandon, Steph, and Courtney—all of whom were outstanding representatives of their company, and who went the extra distance to making our home what it is today.

The gentleman was kind and efficient. Did pre work scan with me the customer to verify work expectations. No further requirements from me till job completed where another scan was performed to approve work. All done professionally well ******** **

We had work done on our house June 2024 to repair drywalling from a roof leak. We were given a quote and a timeframe. We found the quote to be fair. The work was completed within the given timeline. The workers were excellent. The work went way beyond what we expected as the painter made sure to tie in with the existing work. The workers communicated well with us as to what had to be done and when it would be accomplished. We would most definitely use this company again!!!

My wife and I bought a house that needed some work so we called Chase and got PHS to do a couple of the bigger projects. Half of them were done within a week of possession! There was constant communication and updates on the progress. Brandon did a lot of the work in the house and was super considerate with us living in the house while he was doing his work, going out of his way to make our experience great. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the place was left spotless. We would 100% use them again. ***** ***********

PHS brought my vision to life! They execute the bathroom renovation of my dreams. The customer service provided by Chase and his team was better than I expected. They communicated everything very clearly and were very easy to get a hold of to answer my questions. I had met with many contractors prior to hiring PHS and their communication, price and delivery surpassed the other companies. The renovation completed was exactly as they explained it would be. The work was completed by our set deadline which I was very happy with. I can't wait to work with them again to do my kitchen reno next summer.

I needed to install ducting for an over the stove microwave. Contacted Chase from PHS for a quote. They were quick to begin the work and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Upon inspection Chase was not happy with the overall work completed and was of the belief it could have been finished to his standard. To my surprise, as I was happy with it, the team at PHS contacted me to arrange a team member to come over and address the finishing of the install. They came over, and astonishingly, made it look even better. Very pleased with the outcome. I hired PHS to do several projects in my home. I had 3 bathrooms redone, including new fixtures, shower, vanities counter tops and flooring. The interior of the entire house was also expertly repainted but the major project and challenge was to remove a large interior hot tub which would leave a 10 foot hole in the floor. The team was able to remove the hot tub, clean up the debris, repair the floor and install beautiful new vinyl plank flooring and repaint the entire area all within the estimated time frame. I am now extremely pleased with a new second living area. Any final retouches were promptly attended to and I will be looking forward to working with the professional team at PHS again to install a new front door entry system.

PHS Renovations renovated our entire kitchen, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. What set them apart from others was their open and informative approach, training the time to explain the whole process and the way in which they were adaptive to any issues that came up.
