      Absoulutly horrible service! ** *** **** ***** **** ******** ****** *** *** **** **** **** **** ****** ** **** ******* They promised me a refund of my deposit I left with them when I opened up a cellular account. The deposit was ****** and was never refunded upon completion of the contract. Its been a year and I'm still waiting.       Extremely poor service. It took 1 1/2 hours on the phone to connect a new tv receiver. I already had service to the house it was just adding an additional box. The staff seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. I got transferred to 3 people, all of them asked the same questions. Nothing was resolved. I don’t get it. Horrible service and manners.

      Called Bell MTS today to see if they could bring my mom a new remote as hers was not working. We live in BC but were there recently and the remote is very old. She tried replacing batteries and she still can't change the volume or channel. She is elderly, has no one living nearby, and certainly cannot look online to figure out how to program a new one! This meant their solution of "customer serve thyself" would not work. She either had to go get a new remote and program it herself, or have one sent to her in the mail that she would have to program herself. Initially they offered to make a service call for $** but they could not enter the ticket. The tec said he was told he would "get in trouble" if he put in the request for a service call when she had not tried the other options. This is ******** customer service - well actually there is no customer service, is there? Entering the ticket without an error is the priority – not serving the customer. *** **** **** *** ********* *** ********** ************* ** **** ********* ****** ********* ** ***** ************* They just address the technical problem of meeting the requirements to enter the ticket without thinking about the customer at all. I am completely disgusted. **** *** ***** ****** **** ****** ***** ** ******** Seniors probably make up a large part of their TV customers as they are not the ones ordering the streaming packages to avoid the cable costs. *** **** *** ** ******** ** **** ******* ** *** *********** **** ****** **** *** *** **** **** ******** ******* ***** ********* ***** **** ** ******. **** *** ******** **** ** *********** ** **** ********* **** ** **** **** ****.       Work on our street was done this summer and they cut our Bell/MTS Fiber Optics line. This was August 14, 2024. We have had no services since then. We have contacted the technical office of Bell/MTS, they just keep saying they will be out to repair. Have any of you gone 2 1/2 Months without any tv channels, internet or phone service. We find this appalling, no one at Bell/MTS seems to care. **** ***** **** *** *** *****

      Bell mts put refurbished equipment in our house. Has not been working for 10 days and still trying to bill us for full amount promising better service which we have never received. Put the main cable box on my wife's work table and has stop her from doing her job. Request that they move it which they are not doing anything about it. I work all day and can't even relax and watch tv. Their service is not what they promised. *** ***** **** ** **** *** ***** ** ***** *** ******** ***** **** *** *******

      ** *** ***** **** * *** * ** * ***** **** **** ***** * ***** Bell/MTS has been continually overcharging my mother even though they've been contacted 3 times regarding the issue. The first time was in 2021 when I reviewed her bill and spotted the overcharge issue. They had been overcharging her for about 7 years. They apologized and assured us the issue was fixed. However, their policy is that they only reimburse for the last few months. Bell/MTS started issuing e-bills soon thereafter and she had just been paying the bill when it arrived in her email account. NOTE: billing details are not included in the email. So she simply paid the bill assuming everything was corrected. Wrong. A month ago I found out about the e-bill thing *** ******* * **** I logged into her Bell/MTS account online and sure enough, they were still overcharging her in the exact same. Manner. We contacted them, they apoligized and assured us the issue was fixed. Again, the refuse to reimburse for overcharging except for the last few months.       **** *** ******** ******* ** **************** I was trying to switch my services to Bell and I booked for service technician to come by and transfer my services and they never showed up, waited on hold, explained the situation- the agent hung up on me. I called back again, waited on hold, the agent said she couldn’t do anything for me and that the technician “had the wrong number” even though the sales rep who set this up texted me on the correct number….. I set it up for a second time, took the day off work, waited all day, I even texted the sales rep this morning to make sure they were coming and he confirmed. End of the day comes and sure enough, they don’t show up- I called the sales rep and asked what’s going on and he told me “the technician has the wrong number, can you call the sales department, wait on hold, update your phone number and then call back and set up another appointment where you can wait at home all day for someone to show up” no thanks

      Worst service ever. I called Bell to tell them when it rains, my landline is unusable due to static so bad that I cannot hear anyone on the phone. Tech came out and spent over an hour on his ladder and in my yard playing with the wires and then said he was done and he hoped he fixed the problem. Woke up the next morning and tried to use my phone - No dialtone, more static than I had previously. When I called to report the new problems, the rep tried to talk me into switching to fibre optice. Told him my next switch will be to **** phone service. Waiting for another tech to show up to try and rectify what they ******* up yesterday. Hate the fact I have to give them one star.

      I have absolute terrible service documentation pictures and screen recordings of my phone not working for days and months in Winnipeg. Let alone if I leave the city. *** **** ******* ** **** ** **** ******* ** ****** ***
