I have been without my car for 6 months now first it was my engine I did a complaint for that in October, week later transmission and clutch blew. I just got my car back 2-3 days before Christmas. Dec 26 car broke down at traffic light couldent start it , Dec 27 no power at allBusiness response

Transmission was run dry of oil. No warranty from manufacturer. Complainant did not have sufficient funds for the repair until December. After the repair and delivery back to the complainant the vehicle required a tox back to the dealership. There was a short in the fuse box that was unrelated to any other repair completed at this location. The diagnostic and repair of the fuse box was completed at no charge as a good will gesture. Complainant remains responsible for the towing expense.
No other compensation will be considered.

I am rejecting this response because:
Still untrue I called them yesturday and asked what the fee was as I did have 96$ to get my car out that’s only for towing, Matt advised me it was still 254.60 still charging me for the part
