On March 19th I had signed a loan agreement and sale agreement with ****. At this point **** had informed me that I would have the 2016 ****** Altima for Easter weekend. There was no attemp to schedual delivery in any of this time. I called and text messaged **** in regards to this and he would not return my calls. My credentials where used to obtain a loan, and **** refused to contact me after that. He emailed me from two different company names Automac Automotive sales and Mr. Automotive leaving me confused about who I was dealing with. After not getting a response I called the online number listed to contact Mac who initially told me that he was the owner and selling out to these new guys. At which point he gave me a number for ****** in NB who directed me to call ****.... who would not answer! April 3 **** replies and tells me that we are just waiting for the GPS activation, and I will have my car by the weekend. Friday just passed no calls about delivery so I called EVERYONE again. Mac left a message on stating that the sales manager would call me. Nothing. On April 7th, the owner (different owner) called me and stated I was being difficult and they were canceling the agreement as they no longer wish to do business with me. I signed documents agreeing to pay 25000 for a car that was 11000 dollars. I deserved to know what was going on. I had to beg for pictures and details of the car **** sold me. I informed them I will be talking to the police to see if there was anything criminal they were doing and did in fact call police Monday April 8th. After looking through emails I discovered **** had sold me a *** soul with a blown head gasket and told me to get over it and get a lawyer. He did the same thing and avoided all calls and managers claiming there was no manager who took calls and had no voice-mail. He could leave a message and the manager or owner will call me backif he chooses to. I did in fact try, however it is a civil suit and I couldn't afford to sue as a result of loosing my job due to not being able to get there. Which then spiraled to leaving me and my kids homeless, I want the *** paid off by them as they wouldn't even try to help except to say get fake receipts for oil changes to get the motor replaced for free under warrantee. I do not want ANY vehicle from them or any other company name these same dealers are using. My credit was destroyed By **** and he lied on the credit application to get me approved! Which voids the contract does it not? I have verification of this as well. The current loan is at 19000 owing for the bad car these folks sold me, and I would like 5000 to buy a used vehicle from a reputable salesman. If he didn't destroy me credit (which in February he told me he was not doing anything about the *** because it was over a year. It took a year for him to answer me to say that, then used ANOTHER company name to get papers signed for another car he refused to deliver!!!! This car apparently needed 3 GPS installed, as three times I was told that was the delay, and twice I was told by **** it was and activation was holding them up.... the owner was using words like probably, could, and maybe when discussing my file, and still no answers.
