The following dates is a summary of events. Invoice and messages have been primary through myself *** ******, ****** ***** partner. ****** is the home owner and she paid the invoice. First contact- May 10th, 2020. **** arrived May 13th and gave a quote. We were unable to take on the added expenses at this time. April 8th, 2021- contacted **** to book drainage to be done. June 8- drainage dug June9- drainage complete - ****** emailed because top soil was not applied June 12- OPS returned and applied top soil over existing soil. Invoice paid by ****** ***** Oct 4- contacted **** with concerns of the drainage, **** responded to send any pictures No response after several messages Oct 29- **** returned and said the drainage was not functioning because the soil under the top soil was not allowing the water to reach the drainage. Solution was to return and remove the soil on top and apply gravel to surface of grass. Several messages and photos were sent to **** showing how much water we were having. We exposed the from end of the drainage in the front garden and the water pooped out like a river. My father in law and I began digging a trench in the backyard to try to keep the water away from the house foundation. My father in law also laid down grass sods as a bank to try to keep the water away from the foundation. Throughout Nov and Dec, I messaged **** with none or little response. I finally asked for a refund or part of the funding to be returned until the drainage was properly functioning. He responded with he will get it done. March 10- I messaged. no response March 15- I messaged again and asked for a refund. It was at this time **** says that the drainage has been functional and that he was going to remove the soil as a favour to us because we were not satisfied. That he would not be returning any money. April 21- I messaged when will he be returning. No response. April 22- I contacted BBB, sent **** one last text informing
