I went to HD beauty by Val on the weekend…I wanted a natural Shape to fill in the sparse spots and to fill in my scar, I sat down and showed her pictures of how I fill in my eyebrows regularly and pictures of one’s I liked, Val didn’t seem to want to to take into consideration the photos I showed her. & said she would only go by the mapping, and that the mapping would make me look really natural & not to worry, I wanted to keep the existing hair that I had and she shaved off the ends of my eyebrows and raised the tails. (Last 3 pics are after service) The consultation was also rushed because she told me we had to get things going because she had a client directly after me, I kept trying to explain that I wanted just the spare spots filled & she kept saying she’ll do the mapping to not worry that she’s been doing it for years. So I figured I was just nervous and that I’d just let it happen that she knew what I was explaining….Sometimes we are nervous when we leave a establishment to say anything we don’t like about a service because the person spent so much time on us, so anyways after the procedure was done I left and felt too nervous to say they were too close together, and I’m not to type of person to ever complain about anything. I waited for the initial swelling to go down because I know that swelling can change things anyways I waited and I still can only fit my ring finger inbetween my eyebrows. I tried to call the salon no Awnser so voiced this to Val through dms & asked for the 48 hour emergency removal and was ignored by the person responding back to me and told to wait 6weeks where by that time the pigment would have already sunk in (they fade around 40%) even with fading they are too close together. so I had no choice but to go to someone else for the removal because after 48hrs it’s too late; to which I was Very lucky they took me because other places won’t work on others peoples work. Anyways the overall shape isn’t horrible but the fronts of my eyebrows are really close now … for 400 dollars plus the price I had to pay for emergency removal it’s unfortunate. Really just wanted to outline my natural shape & fill in the sparse areas. I’ve asked for some of my money back, because I’m unhappy & they said no, they said they would not compensate me where I did not wait 6 weeks & that even after 6 weeks she wouldn’t only pay for one session of saline removal. If I waited 6 weeks the pigment would have been trapped under my skin and I would have needed laser. Sent another another message to her & now I’m blocked for only ever asking for partial of my money back and to voice that I’m unhappy. Val is now saying she is trying to sue me for bashing her company, when that is not my intent I just reviewed my experience with her as a paying customer. When she blocked me from Being able to leave any reviews or from asking her to resolve this issue.
