I engaged the services of Autorail forwarders to transport my 2019 ********* Malibu from Toronto to Calgary Alberta. I specifically spoke with their staff ***** who sent me quotation via email at info@autorail.com on the 25th of November 2021. ***** further confirmed to me via telephone that they have a spot to move the car on the 17th of December 2021. He sent me an invoice via email for a total sum of $1,774.50 which he requested for full payment be made via wire transfer to him (Evidence of payments attached and acknowledgement of receipt). I made an initial deposit of $500 on the 30th of November 2021 and made balance payment of $1274.50 on the 16th of December 2021 to show my seriousness and commitment. On the 16th December, ***** sent me text via his number advising me to drive my car to Skyeline express terminal in Markham on the 17th and drop same off there and hand over the car key to the manager of the terminal named ****. I drove the car there and handed the car keys over to **** having waited for him at the terminal for over 2 hours 30 minutes. Since the 17th of December till date, ***** and his company are yet to honor the service level agreement i signed with them. ***** no longer take my calls nor try to give me a definite time frame to get my car delivered. Last week Friday being 24th December, i received a text message from him saying the car would leave their Markham terminal and would arrive Calgary on the 29th December and when i sent him text to confirm arrival of my car, he responded and said he is not sure if the car will arrive again. ***** has made me spent over $700 in car rental since my arrival here in Calgary/Airdrie Alberta. I have a family of six and we just relocated to our new home here from Ontario and we are seriously frustrated with this level of service failure from ***** and his company. They have offered no apologies nor even tried to give me a definite time frame. Kindly use your good office to help me compel them to deliver
