I went to this clinic for lip filler and online as well as in the clinic was very clear on what I wanted. I wanted someone expert *** *** ****** as injector And wanted natural looking lips The price quoted online was different then at the clinic as the injector mentioned the one they will inject to me is more expensive as lasts longer and is more natural looking *** *** ******** *** *** lots of bumps and bruises and swelling in the lips which she claimed will go down My lips felt worse I tried calling the clinic they said the clinic was closed but someone will call me No one called until the next day I called back They asked me to come in office at 5:30 amd no support for immediate help In the clinic they made me wait until 7:30 them the nurse tried dissolving my fillers but was hard with the swelling so dissolved some and asked me to come in 2 weeks to see if need more Meanwhile I reported the issue to patient care They simply ignored the first email then I followed up on second one and told c me what was done ( which I already knew) They asked to give credit towards new fillers which after the service I don’t want or any other service which is also what I don’t want after the care I received I wrote that back to them and since then been on ignore with no acknowledgment or response * *** ****** ****** *** ***** ********* ** **** *** **** **** ** **** **** * *** ************ ** ***** ******** I still have bumps and numbness *** ******** ****** ****** ***** **** ** **** They ****** ** **** *** fail to take accountability The ***** ******** ******* *** ******** *** *** clinic refuses to accept the responsibilityBusiness response

I scheduled a cool sculpting appointment for June 3rd at 9:00 at 101-1614 Dundas St E Whitby. I was able to cancel my appointment but the company is refusing my refund. They are not providing me with a refund even though it is 48 hrs prior to the appointment. I paid for the procedure ahead of the appointment on May 23rd because the technician said I had to pay in advance. They say there is a signed copy of a no refund but my copy was not signed *** * **** ********. Is there no laws protecting the customers of being given a grace period to change their minds and have a refund. I need my refund for a procedure I know longer can do. ******** ** ** ******** ****. I’m am not interested in any other procedures or rescheduling at this time. I’m asking for my refund of $1271.25.Business response

The patient did in fact sign a contract (********). Refund policy provided on page one and verbally at time of purchase/signing.
Patient has since provided a doctors note/medical documentation indicating they cannot proceed with treatment, therefore, a refund will be processed.

Hello there, It was a second time I visited your clinic at Richmond Hill Ontario, it looks like representing, serious clinic. And second time I disappointed. - waiting time 30min-1 hour before consultation and ***** treatment - no result from ***** treatment maybe 10% of my expectations - on "TouchUp", after 2 weeks and 65 units, they asked for more money I have experience with ***** more than 20 years and never happened something like that. The patient did not complete the Nurses recommended dosing as she was on a budget constraint. Patient attended clinic yesterday (april 26th) and was provided with a touch up FREE of charge. If patient still has concerns post touch up, she can contact ******@************.ca who will ensure she is taken care of. Please note, it will take 2 weeks to evaluate the effectiveness of the ***** touch up. Thank you
