Purchase car did not include winter mats, however, I didn't notice that winter mats was added to invoice after I took delivery. I have requested a refund to no avail, since i never authorized winter mats. Hi, my car didn't start and it was transferred to the BMW dealership on Thursday. the car is on a leasing contract. on Monday the service called us to say that the wires need to change to $762 + tax price. today we received another email that it still is not working and needs more actions, totaling $3976.50 + tax, not guaranteed that will work afterward. not to mention they did not provide us with any rental cars, nor a proper quote. I feel like they look at my husband and me as ATMs to get more money. Always say there might be more, and we don't have any reference to find out the trustworthiness of their diagnosis. lots of our daily actions/work/children are highly affected by the lack of a vehicle, my family is so much disappointed as they seemed different once they wanted to sell us the leasing deal. My son can not continue his daily activities because his dad is not able to drive him around. This is causing lots of unpredicted expenses to our family and impacting my son's plans, and unfortunately, all that BMW is caring about is making money out of the car, not even sure if it really needs all the replacement parts that they are recommending. I keep asking for a detailed quote + diagnosis report to share it with another reference to ensure accuracy. Please advise a solution for me. I have purchased a car from one of your dealership BMW Newmarket in april 2021. Your salesrep Ben did not deliver as promised resulting in a false collection shortly after when I traded in my minicooper club man 2017 and purchasing a new bmw x1. When trying to resolved the issue with your sales trying to rectify my issue. Some how BMW newmarket didn't fix the mistake and has handed into BMW finance which later on went into FDR. The result of this sloppy closing, and failing to deliver as promised has affecrted my credit score which later on affected my mortgage rate of renewal. Now with financial lost and distress. Your company is refusing to take fault over the issue you caused by simply appologizing and trying to brush me off with out compensation of my time, money, and stressed wasted in the past 10 months trying to resolve this issue you have created on my credit. You guys do not care about your clients livelyhood, or issues. You simply just brush people off like they are insect with out taking fault of the problems you have caused.
