The most horrendous service department ever. No one picks up, 10-15 calls minimum to get a hold of a human. No one ever explains your bill before you pay, just take your card and swipe, I have caught numerous charges that were incorrect, shouldn’t have been there, or had nothing to do with my vehicle. I have sent endless emails to their service manager, it only gets worse. They never provide proper paperwork of their included multiple point inspections, half the time when I ask they “can’t find it” and just write one up on the spot, how is anyone supposed to trust that. They are only good at charging and billing you, they are experts for that.. but to communicate, follow through on commitments, and value you as a customer not so much… really really bad.Review from James P

Worst dealer and customer service I've ever experienced. They don't answer their phone their answer machine tells you to leave a message but their Mail box is full and they simply hang up. If you do manage to leave a message they don't respond.
On my last visit for a recall, they didn't perform work, didn't bother to call to inform me that they had preportedly completed their inspection and are were supposing ordering the parts for the recall that I scheduled a week earlier (would think they'd be prepared with the parts of the recall). Invoice stated they'll call when parts arrives but since my phone has changed and (after 4 years of repeatedly informing them to revise the number) they refuse to change it on their system, I can't see them ever calling to complete this critical recall repair.
Every instance I've dealt with this dealer has been a problem, when I ordered a bolt they ordered a ball joint (waited 7 days to get the wrong part).
On my first oil change of my new car they gave me a flat tire, then patched my new tire incorrectly which I had to later purchase a new tire, and then found out that they lost the key to the security lug nuts which had to be broken off, the dealer took no responsibility. This incident of dealers incompetence cost me in in excess of $400, this dealer didn't care that they caused this problem and offered no compensation.
