Bodyshop did work on my car after getting into an accident. After completing the work heat stop working . After spend money on fixing this problem taking my car to a different shop to get fix I try fixing the sensor 2 times changing the thermostat 2 times and checking the wiring 2 times I still have no heat . Due to there work I can't fine the problem and have no heat in my car for the last two years.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/07) */ The first time we encountered this customer was on February 6, 2020 after he was involved in an accident. Work was completed and paid for and no concerns about the heat was mentioned. There was a second accident on February 20, 2020. At this time, the customer mentioned an issue with the heat which he had also advised his insurance of as well. The owner went out to the vehicle with the customer to identify the problem and he showed the customer there was a switch which he had to push up for the heat to come on. Customer was happy and called his insurance company from the shop to advise them that there was no problem with the heat. The third accident was Aug 16, 2021 which involved the rear end of the vehicle. The customer made no mention of an issue with the heat. We have reached out to the customer but at the time of this writing he has not responded.Initial Complaint

I was in a car accident and took my vehicle to the collision reporting center in Brampton. While there I was approached by a tow truck company who recommended I take my vehicle to a body shop (FH Pro Collision - 15 Fisherman Dr Unit #33, Brampton, ON) they were associated with. They were nice and promised to do great work. My vehicle had sustained damages on the driver side of the vehicle during the accident (I wasn't at fault). They agreed to pick up my vehicle from my daughters home - as it was nearby. They picked up my vehicle with one of their tow trucks. Before taking the vehicle my son in law made a thorough assessment of the vehicle and only saw damages on the driver side. A few days later Mike called and said there was a "scratch" on the passenger side of the vehicle. I told him there was not a scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle. A couples weeks later Mike called and said my vehicle had been repaired. When I went to pick it up I went to passenger side and noticed the "scratch" was a 12 - 15 inch indent in my vehicle like someone had crashed into it. I told them that wasn't a scratch and that it did not exist prior to them picking up the vehicle from my daughters home. I called the insurance company and reported it. I'm a senior citizen and I feel like they are taking advantage of me and trying to get over on me. I'm reporting this incident as I want to ensure my vehicle is completely fixed and restored to it's former appearance prior to the accident without incurring any cost.Business response

Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: **************@******.com We have reviewed the customers complaint and photos from the CRC but the vehicle was dirty making it very difficult to clearly see the passenger side. Therefore on good faith we have contacted the customer to arrange to repair the damage in question.
