I have frequently experience racial profiling of customers at this store. Staff frequently security check bags of people from certain race while ignoring others. Staff is quite **** and behave badly to certain section of community.Review from Sandy B

** * **** ** ***** * ***** Went to RCSS in late june/ early July. BOSS at ******** ******* Glasses SCRATCHED my lens. I complained to Tara, Customer Service, who told me that I would get a brand new pair of glasses. She sent info onto Chantal B. RO Sr. Manager, Optical Operations, RCSS BC who said for me to send info to her on eyeglass PURCHASE. At that time I was thinking of MAYBE getting 3 pair. Sent her info from a different RCSS in Delta BC. she sent me her "Offer" which was in her words a great offer, paying for first pair ( normal every day pair that I was SUPPOSED to get free) 2nd cheaper pair comp glasses with $100 frame and 3rd pair half price, and ALL COATINGS< TWO YEAR WARRENTY. She also in her emails said that the frame I could pick out was $249. So after 9 emails, I sent it upstairs who I was told his name was Michael. *** ******* **** I received a take it or leave it letter from Kenneth B. Specialist, Customer Support & Escalations who sent me this:We can confirm that store offer is for a free pair of glasses (frame valued maximum $149 + lenses). The glasses would not come with an extended warranty, however.!!! I wrote him 5x after that telling him to listen to Tara, customer service agent I first spoke to phone message to me,, and to read Chantals' emails. HE NEVER REPLIED!!!!!!!Review from Andre B

***** shoppers *** *** ** **. They allow supervisors to target and pick on customers and I was picked on by one supervisor and an employeee and the supervisor was giving me ******** attitude at this location and did not want to descalate but it was escalated so quickly and ****** me verbally and even touched me ********** . I reported it to pharmacist and pharmacist do not care at all and started blaming me for complaining to him and "wasting his time" just because I came to complain to the pharmacist after a long time . His response ** ****** ********** *** blames the victim even though he admitted that the employees are at fault *** **** **** ***** ** ****** ** ******** however he chose to blame me for all what happen to me and told me that his time is wasted. This is not how *** ****r should solve a situation and I asked for any gift card or compensation *** ** ** ** ***** ** ***** ** * **** **** * He straight away told me No. and he does not want to do anything for me. I did deserve an apology or at least some compensation. It was a very strange interaction that he just striaght away changed his mind from admitting the truth to turning the blame on me and being very ******** and **** to me ******* ** ** ******* * **** **** ***** ****** ***** *** he backed off in his words. We shopped at Shoppers Drug Mart, located at 7205 Goreway Drive, Mississauga, Ontario L4T 2T9. Assistant manager, supervisor Mr. *** ************ ******* ***** **************** ***** * ******* ***** ******* *********** falsely accused us of shoplifting, ******* *** ***** ******** ** ******* ********* ********** ****** ** ******* *** ****** ********* *** ****** *** ********** ****** ** ********* demanding to photograph our driver's license, before allowing us to shop in the store. When we politely replied that we are not legally required to permit him to photograph our driver's license for shopping as a store customer, ** ********** ** **** ** ********* He publicly shouted at us: ******** ******* *********** *** *** ** ** ******** ** **** ** ******* * He refused to provide us the business card for the store owner, and contact information for Customer- service for head office of Shoppers Drug Mart.Review from Kevin L

Poor customer service because customer ********* ******* ****** ** ***** I purchased a bottle of *** * ** **** Parfum on Monday Sept 16 2024 from them. ****** *** ***** ***** *** **** ** **** ** * *** ********* **** there was 1 in stock at the location, the only issue was the box was dented. I opened the box right after purchase infront of the staff member on camera! to make sure the product was okay. They didn't bother to tell me at that time since I opened it that there are no returns. I returned home to find my wife had surprised me and purchased me the same one so I said I would take it back. ************* ***** * **** * *** * ****** **** ** *********** ** *** ** ****** ** ****l 4 days later the Friday Sept 20. I called in and was transferred incorrectly 3 times before I was told by their cosmetic manager they don't accept returns for ***, I even told them I would like to make another purchase. * ****** *** ********** ***** *** * **** **** ***** * ******* ***** **** *********** ***** **** * ******* ** ***** ** **** ** ******* Customercare was ************ *** ***** **** hard to understand. Regularly have issues with their points program and when I write to have it resolved, I get a lot of run around. The customer service representatives have great difficulty in processing the information and facts accurately. They will ask to see receipts and proof of the offers weeks after they have ended and then when given those things will just write back and reject your claim to points with no explanation. I have to write 2,3, or even 4 times before they will give me the points they owe me. Forgive me, but if you say you get 1000 points if I buy item x and then I buy item x, I should get the points. It seems highly ******* for them to just refuse to give out points that they clearly promised to deliver upon purchase. They recently had a redemption event where you get $80 off with 70,000 points. I purchased $110 and used 100,000 points which only took off $100. It should have only taken 90,000 points to take off $100. When I wrote to get back my $10 in points I waited 2.5 weeks for a response and they told me a redemption event doesn’t mean I get points back! They claimed I had received $110 off with 100,000 points even though the transaction on my points card clearly shows it took off $100 for 100,000 points with the rest being on my credit card. This is just completely unacceptable *** ** ***** ** ****** **** *** **** ****** ** **** ** **** ** *** ***** **** ****** *** ******* ****** ** ***** ******* That’s a lot of money. **** ****** ***** Loblaw has not allowed No Frills, Shoppers or Independent to order enough product to cover the demand that selling Dare cookies @1.88 for the month of August would create. Why would you have such a sale knowing you could never honour the demand?
