              This complaint is about widow glass replacement in April 2021. The replacement glass ordered was low e, argon with silicone spacers similar to the glass replaced in 2016 by Moonlight Glass. The delivered glass was not the same as the glass ordered but *************************** assured us that it was equivalent. On the first cold night the all the new installed glass was covered in sheets of water. The glass installed in 2016 and the glass originally installed 25 years ago remained dry.*************************** was contacted and asked to come and inspect the glass at his convenience. We sent him emails with photos showing the contrast. After we sent a registered letter he did make an appointment for several weeks later. He did not show up. We were able to set up other appointments but he always has excuses for not showing up. He no longer responds to emails or phone calls.
