Professional and on time. Workers were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Any adjustments that needed to be tended to, we’re done with zero headaches.

I had a huge project. I think they touched every wall in my house. Taking down walls making a gorgeous ensuite,painting everything all new floors. It was a pleasure working with them. They kept me up-to-date and very easy to communicate with a quick response. The skill and Craftsmanship of their workers is second to none. They were all very accommodating and cooperative. As with every large project it took a bit longer than anticipated but we all worked it out. I don’t know what else to say. Obviously the people that left negative comments must’ve been working with a totally different crew than the one that I had I really don’t see Junctura employing people like the ones described in other negative comments. They have an extremely high standard and would not tolerate anything like that. Believe it or not I actually found the whole project fun and exciting. I would hire them again in a heartbeat

Contracted them for a deck. The crew had it done in a day and a half with nothing left for me to clean up. ******* crews were busy when I reached out, he drove out to my house himself to complete the quote. Great customer service. The deck is exactly what we asked for.

We had JUNCTURA to do a major renovation to our home. Remove wall from Kitchen and living room. Renovate bathroom, widows and doors. They have extremely poor communication. When doing the estimate, we were lead to believe that they had professional people for different stages of work. This isn’t the case. The crew that started the disassemble was the same crew (other then the ones that quit) that did the complete work. No professional drywall or painters. The work shows. I can do better myself. Professional Electrician and the wiring looks like a rats nest. Then they doubled the electrical estimate with no good explanation. Estimate had lighting fixtures in it. We ended up purchasing the light fixtures other then the pot lights. Was told the other fixtures were at are expense. Have a single bathroom that they dismantled the second week leaving just a toilet, they left it for a month with no work to the bathroom. Miss ordered the kitchen cabinets, miss order the windows, not once but three times. Miss estimating the insulation for the ceiling that was removed for the beam installation. They did come good for the insulation. Installed new doors, you would think the hardware would be included. We had to purchase the door hardware. We had talked about backsplash for kitchen at the beginning. When backsplash time came. Said it wasn’t in estimate. Would need a change of work order. They like change of orders and then they add administrative and profit fees. When installing the trim work, they must have had poor equipment as the trim is damaged at the fasteners. ( finally I gave them my own gun to help save the trim work.) Was given a 6 week estimate payment plan. I real figured 3 months. We paid the schedule as required. After the fifth payment, it became a hit and miss on their appearance. After all this, the nightmare ended 10 months later with poor workmanship. I will not recommend them or hire them again. Maybe they should stick to their pole barn construction.

I live in a century home that was built in 1902. I decided to start a bathroom renovation and I was shocked and disappointed to find a substantial amount of rot hidden behind the shower walls. I hired Junctura to remediate the rot for me and to also install a small "bump-out" addition. There were some trials and tribulations along the way, as you can expect with any project. I was assigned a new project manager half way through the job by the name of ******* and I absolutely love working with him. He is incredibly responsive, kind, and I truly believe he has my best interests at heart. ******* does a fantastic job of representing Junctura. I have had additional work done since the original estimate, and I always offer Junctura the work. I really like the company because I feel there is a strong level of trust between myself and them.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. They renovated our bathroom. The salesman said it would take 2 weeks, it took 3 months. The salesman said he had 28 workmen to handle this job and he hired and fired 3 guys on my bathroom alone and couldn't find men to handle this job. The amount of damage done to our personal property was extensive. Who uses a dining room table as a work bench? The project manager never showed up until the very end to fix the damage the other men had done. The quote included many items that we had to buy ourselves and they did not compensate us for all that we paid for. The shower stall had to be purchased three times because they kept damaging the unit. The counter had to be purchased twice because they cut it wrong. This is the most unprofessional, group of workers I have ever seen and I have been in the construction industry for over 25 years. They also had the nerve to charge us full price with no credits for damage, and using our tools etc. The patio door they installed is still installed so crooked that the screen door doesn't open all the way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
