On May 2, 2022 we had Miller pest control in to spray for cluster flies, this is the second time they have come and left behind a mess in our house, the first time they left insulation on the floor and our table from the attic, and mud on our area rug, this time pink insulation on the floor and our dog ate some. Called in to speak with them about the mess again, and why some of our windows we still dry and had dust on them and was cut off in mid sentence and was TOLD their technician do not fudge their reports and if he said he did it then he most certainly did. I know for a fact the only 6 windows were done as the rest were left dusty and no residual on them what so ever, also my granddaughter had left a stuffed animal on the drapes that lay on her bed and it was not moved at all neither were the drapes on either window, the last time they were here you could see that he had sprayed the windows this time only 6 windows could I see he had sprayed. I would like a billing adjustment as they did not provide the service they said they would, also let a mess and did not clean up after themselves so our dog could get into it. And when speaking with them they do not want to hear anything negative and just jump down your throat, cut you off mid sentence and treat the customer like dirt. I have attached a copy of the emails sent to them as well. I have paid them in full May 9th via e-transfer.
