We gave a deposit on a counter top on December 2020. Our kitchen appliances delivery got delay and came in, in August 2022 (this year). Every 2 months I was calling the counter top company to let them know that we didn’t received our appliances yet and that we couldn’t go ahead with the countertop installation. The owner was telling me all the time don’t worry about it, I’m keeping your slabs and call me we you are going to be ready with the installation and we will make it happen. When we finally got our appliances, I gave them a called but found out that they sold our slabs and they didn’t know when they will get that product back in stock. In October I’ve called to get an update on the situation because nobody was calling us back. They told me that it was in, I ask why did nobody contacted me since we were waiting for that product to finish our kitchen. They told me because it was different then the original one and that I need to see it in person. I asked for pictures, and it looked totally different. They asked me to come in person to see it, which I did. On site the salesman told me that they were trying to send it back to the company and that they couldn’t. Even on site we can only confirm that it’s not a good product. We’ve been offer a white counter top for 2k$ more or take the product they received but 1,5k$ more or get a refund. We went there one more time after and the lady working there started screaming at us and told us we will give you you’re money back I didn’t wanted to start arguing there with my kids so I just asked that the owner call me back, and I never heard of him. I called today to confirm that I wanted my money back at this point. The owner told me that he will never give me my money back. All I want his to move forward, get our deposit of 2k$.
