On July 25 2024, I received dental treatment at Dawson Dental *** ******* ** ** ********* ******** When I was finished I paid 20% of $711 which was $142.20, which was due as we were not sure of the insurance coverage. My insurance covered $704 this left a negative balance owed back to myself of $135.20. August 27 2024 Dawson Dental reached out stating I was due for my annual check up again ( one month later) I brought to their attention that day where I was told I would receive a refund “tomorrow “ (28th of August.) On August 29 2024 I asked if I needed to come in and receive the refund where I was then told it would be a week and a half to two weeks for me to receive a cheque in the mail. October 3, 5 and 8 I sent emails requesting follow up with no response. I have also sent a text on the 8 th where I have finally received a response. * **** ******** ** **** * **** ** ** ****** *** ******* ** ***** ** **** * **** ******* **** *** ******
