Claim number 002135056 Contact **************************** Case regarding a 2011 Nissan Altima, claim filed on or about July 5, 2022, the cooperators sent the approval estimate to the body shop and the car went in for repairs January 18th and was in shop or 6 weeks. The cooperators estimate approved the replacement of one passenger front tire, one passenger front rim and washer fluid jug. I paid the $500 deductible upon the pick up of the vehicle and when questioned as to why there was no replacement of the approved items I was told by the body shop I was to send in the receipts for the purchase to the cooperators for reimbursement- I sent the required receipts to Richard and have made several calls that of which were never returned and emails sent with no follow up. I paid the deductible fee for which the service was not provided and I’ve being trying to get reimbursement since late February without result - I’ve called and asked to have my case expedited to higher mangers without hearing anything- I’m frustrated that this is happening I just want what I paid back or my deductible returned.Customer response

Thank you for your - I received the amount owed today and have email confirmation for the cooperators
